I'm taking a customer care job (from home), which corded phone is best?
I am, obviously, looking for call clarity and also want to make sure that the mute option doesn't make a noise (if I have to cough or sneeze, I don't want customer thinking I've hung up). I am also thinking I'll want a headset, so it should have a compatible jack. Plus, I'd like the ability to turn down and/or turn off the ringer. As if that weren't enough, I really don't want to spend an arm and a leg. I'm not against upgrading later, but till I get a first paycheck, I can't really go nuts on price :) Thanks!
