With the IMF disbanded, and Ethan (Tom Cruise) out in the cold, the team now faces off against a network of highly skilled special agents, the Syndicate. These highly trained operatives are hellbent on creating a new world order through an escalating series of terrorist attacks. Ethan gathers his team and joins forces with disavowed British agent Ilsa Faust (Rebecca Ferguson), who may or may not be a member of this rogue nation, as the group faces their most impossible mission yet.

This is my second favorite Mission Impossible, after Ghost Protocol. It has a great opening sequence, every bit as good as a James Bond opening. The Blu-ray audio has demo quality, with Atmos surround. I don't have an Atmos surround set up but did enjoy wonderful sound with my Pioneer Elite VSX-90, especially in that opening sequence. The Digital Copy also came in handy. I'm not sure if I'll use the DVD, but it can't hurt to have it. If you're a fan of this franchise you won't be disappointed in your purchase.

I had to get this movie to add to my Marvel Cinematic Universe collection. I'm not much of a fan of the movie but didn't have any problems with the Blu-ray set. The free movie ticket was a nice bonus.
