The Grip makes the controller feels better and the thumb sticks works really Good! I have to use them all time. The only cons i have is that the right thumb stick slips off at times. Works better if your thumbs stick on the controllers are in good conditions. If not when you put the sticks on they will slip off.

Yes it will definitely work with the Note. If it's Samsung you won't have problems with it. We have a s4, note4 and LG G3 they all work.
