I have used the same screen protector on my previous iPad and mobile phones. I've always been happy with Zagg. When I bought a Lifeproof Nuud cover for my iPad I knew I didn't want to leave the screen exposed, so I bought another one of these. DID YOU KNOW- for an extra $15, Best Buy will put it on for you? At $35 each, it was worth letting them put it on so that I didn't screw it up. Sure enough, the girl installing mine messed up the first one. They grabbed another one off the shelf (not costing me a dime), and got their "resident expert" to install the next one. That was $15 well spent!

I needed an extra pocket to add to the strap of my backpack to keep stuff available quickly- camera, phone, etc. This fits my needs. I wish it had more straps on the outside, because that would give it more versatility when connecting it, but it works well. Seems like it will be durable.

I was wandering around Best Buy, and happened to walk past the headphones. I have a set of Bose noise-cancelling headphones that I love, but I didn't have a set of small pocket-sized headphones. With a hike coming up in a few months, I wanted something that I could wear when I sleep since I'll be staying in hostels along the way. So, I grabbed a pair of these. They were cheap enough that I didn't have high expectations, but boy was I surprised! The first day that I used these in my iPod, I was shocked at how good they sounded! The remote built into the cord is a great feature, too. You can pause, jump ahead 1 track, or go back 1 track by using 1, 2, or 3 clicks. I might get a backup pair in case I misplace these. Being used to wearing my Bose headphones, I really can't believe the quality for the price.

Joss Whedon attempted to follow up his successful series Buffy the Vampire Slayer with the science fiction-themed Firefly. Although the series failed to garner a mass audience, it did have a loyal following. Those fans will be pleased by this box set that contains every episode of the series that aired, as well as three never-before-seen episodes. All 15 episodes are presented in anamorphic widescreen. English, French, and Spanish soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Surround. Commentaries are available on four of the episodes. Production featurettes, a blooper reel, and a tour of the set with Whedon round out this solid package that should be of interest to genre enthusiasts as well as Whedon's fans.

Anyone who has seen Firefly knows there is an amazing fan following, despite the fact that it was cancelled after one season. There are some great actors in this show, with awesome characters. The stories in each episode are interesting and fun. If you like sci-fi, but not to the extent of Star Wars with robots and light sabers, you'll enjoy this.

I bought this to take on the road with me when I travel overseas. My first big trip is coming up soon, so we'll see if this is a good swap for a laptop. I love the size and weight- if nothing else, it will cut down on my baggage weight. It seems pretty quick, and most of my apps seem to work on it. I haven't had enough time to try everything yet, but it seems to work well.
As with all Apple products, accessories are kind of pricey... I'm glad I got this version before they changed the dock connector, so that all of my old accessories still work with it. (Unlike my iPhone 5.)
The best accessory I have purchased so far is the digital camera connection kit. I can take the SDHC memory card out of my camera, upload photos to my iPad, and post them online or email them. It is very handy.
Be sure to buy a few microfiber screen cleaning cloths, because you are going to want to wipe off the fingerprints.
What's great about it: Size, lightweight

Plenty of reach, not too heavy

Work bought one of these for me to use, and I liked it so much I'm buying one for my personal photo kit. The 300 zoom gives you lots of reach, and it focuses fairly quick. I used this lens for the first time at the Grand Am race at Indianapolis, and it performed very well. Considering the amount of zoom, the size is excellent. It is not too heavy/ cumbersome.
What's great about it: 300 zoom is a good length
What's not so great: Haven't found anything yet

I needed to buy a backup battery before going on vacation, and had to grab something at the store. (I didn't have time for something to be shipped to me.) This is Best Buy's replacement battery for the NB-5L battery. Here's the problem- this battery is only 850mAh, and the original battery that came with my camera (Canon SX230 HS) is 1050mAh. A "replacement" should be at least as powerful as the original, but this replacement/ backup battery has less power than the original. Considering that, it really isn't worth the price. If it cost about half as much I would give it a better review, but I can't really give a great review to something that is less powerful and more expensive.

What's not so great: Less power and more expensive than the original
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you are a Pink Floyd fan, but you don't have the entire collection of studio CD's, you owe it to yourself to buy this. All 14 albums (16 CD's total) are there in a nice collector's box, along with a nice book. Every CD has its own booklet with lyrics, etc.
The music sounds great! Unlike many remastered albums, they didn't just re-record it "louder." The sound is really clean and crisp. It's the best that Floyd has ever sounded!
Don't pass this up. You'll be happy you got it. I put all 14 albums into a playlist on my iPod, so I can listen to all of their albums chronologically. That's a little over 12 hours of music- perfect for traveling!
What's great about it: The re-mastered tracks sound great
What's not so great: Price could be cheaper
