A very interesting Marvel story. Benedict Cumberbatch was the choice of the director from the git-go and waited 6 months for his availability and he filled the part extremely well. Excellent blu-ray presentation. Obviously, a 4k would have been better. Sound was excellent too along with superb CG's.

Great Movie

While a lot of the investigatory portion of the film was somewhat fictionalized, the technical portions of the movie including the flight, rescue and the technical aspects of the investigation were superb. Overall, the story telling was excellent with flashbacks mixed into the story that fully framed the story. The 4K presentation was terrific. Highly recommend this film.

Without going into detail to be a spoiler, the movie points out the value pets bring into our lives and into the lives of pets.

Great for a low price

The unit has no information panel, just a stand-by and power on light. The unit's controls are minimal, not well placed and hard to see. The remote is best for "mini-me," very small with limited functions.
The unit does not totally play well with all 4K discs and sometimes needs to load multiple times before playing.
Recommend separate cables for output to the TV and to receivers/amplifiers, and make sure the cables are 4K verified.
Settings do not allow for assignable options such as 4:2:2 10 bit, nor does it tell you what is being sent to the TV.
Picture quality, however is very good, with a slight red push. Detail is also very good too.
The unit is recommended as an entry level unit and if you have the patience for its quirks.

It seems that many Trekkies have not been thrilled with the newer StarTrek films. The plot of this movie had some weaknesses in it as well, but the interactions of the cast members offset that, especially between Spock and Bones. Watching on a 4k TV with HDR really brought the film to life. It more than offset some of the weaknesses in the plot. All in all, it was an enjoyable film.

A Good Sequel

A lot of reviewers and others disliked this film. However, I found the film to be entertaining. The banter from Brent Spiner's character added some timely humor to the film. Jeff Godblum was his usual quirky self which also added to the film. The photography and special effects were excellent and these added to the very good presentation.

Flawed software/firmware

The printer basic installation went great. Connected to the wi-fi network without any issues. Test print showed the excellent quality of clear print, solid colors. However, the printer has a known issue coming out of sleep mode with Windows 10. After frustrating Googling and trying the suggestions on-line, a chat session finally cleared the problem, but the changes were greater than what was on the internet. The chat session was excellent, but the printer should not be sold with the flaw. Most people would thing the printer might be broken. That is why I gave it a 2.

It definitely was not in the vein of the original animated classic, more mature in nature. The only thing I was not impressed with was using the songs from the original animated classic.

Good basic universal remote

The problem with this and other recent Harmony remotes is the on-line programming through the MyHarmony site. Had to purchase a newer model since the old software did not support Windows 8.
The programming is awkward and doesn't seem to have all buttons for devices you are programming into the remote.
Also inconsistent brand devices. Some there, some not.
My previous live help with other remotes was mediocre at best.
Overall, it works well. The buttons are tactile and responsive.
