Can I ship something for repair, even if I didn't purchase it from Best Buy?

I live overseas, but its very difficult to find a good repair shop. I know Geek Squad has a great reputation for repair, but I would have to ship the item USPS to your repair facility. Do you do that?
No they usually only work on products related to their store or you would need to have purchased some type of coverage.

Won't heat up food

If it won't heat up the food I would return it because something has to be wrong with the heating element.
