If TV passes through 2-channel audio, will I be losing the third channel of the 3.0 if I hook up through the optical cable? Should I get 2.0 bar??
I don't want to get separate speakers, but do want improved audio on dialogue
no you will have sound from all 3 speakers,sounds great to me especially with a center speaker

no hdmi,but does have optical connection
