Everything is great, but small problems

It cannot identify Amazon Fire Tv.
It cannot start/stop Xfinity receiver. When you configure activity with that receiver, it doesn't show the operation of start/stop.

Numbers are at the bottom of the remote, and this is a long remote, so small kids don't find it very comfortable to dial a 3 digit channel number.

I have my own doubts about the software problems, but I will hold onto it until I am sure about that. Other than that, cosmetically, the strap color got faded/lost it's shine in just two weeks usage.
And if you have even regular size wrist, don't get small. It will barely fit and this is supposed to be worn slightly loose, so that it rocks on your wrist.

Battery replacement vs reprograming
Best Buy set up my Logitech Harmony 700 about 4 years ago, useing the tech PC not mine, batteries will not charge. Question = will a reprogram or reset be rquired if just popping in new rechargable batteries? Please provide suggested method - ie. all products turned off during battery replacement, etc. Thanks,
I found that charging port is little loose. So once you plug in the cable, you can try moving it up and down. You can also try using some other micro USB cable.
