Near Perfect

My purchase experience was off to a slow start but I was directed to Josh and things were mahvelous thereafter. The delivery was great. The guys were professional, quick and courteous. They also removed all the trash. They were supposed to remove my LARGE tv but didn't have room in the truck. They said they would come back. They made a phone call and were able to have someone in the area come by to make room in the truck and voila! They took my tv when they were supposed to and did not have to make another trip. Josh stated the I would receive an email to notify me of the tv stand arrival so I could pick it up. Josh said to ignore this, it would be delivered with the tv. After 2 days or so the emails were threatening to cancel my order. I tried to email back but it was a "do not reply" email. I called Josh and he handled it immediately. No more threatening emails. Near Perfect.
