For years I have wanted a stand mixer but thought I'd rarely use it. Plus it was too big and too heavy and where could I store it.
But I couldn't resist any longer and so this amazing appliance sits on my island work table and beats batters, dices veggies (with its great dicing attachment), whisks up whipped cream, & simplifies so many chores.
Finally bit the bullet and wonder why I waited so long!
