The Ring is easy to install and setup.
I really enjoyed the product the first 30 days, then the 30 day free cloud recording of all motions detected goes away. If you do not look at your phone immediately when the motion is detected, there is no recording.
To be effective, one must purchase the $30/year service.

Very low contrast and hard to see especially with while wearing sunglasses.
Would I buy it again? I would take in my old one and compare several models side-by-side for contrast. You can adjust the brightness, but not the contrast and this makes a big difference.
