a bit difficult to get set up

I had to return my first one of this item after HP support had me do an software update. With the second one, it took 4-5 hrs with techincal support to get it to work right, but eventually it did get there and has been good so far.

Not the best for using hands free

The ridges meant to keep the tablet standing up in landscape for hands free reading are too shallow to keep the table from falling. The case is nice in that it has a swivel to let the tablet be rotated if you want to reposition it, but the poor ridges are a deal breaker. Can't recommend this.

I dislike not having a back button but the battery life has been quite good. Not all the apps I have on my Android tablet have something compatable on the Apple so I now have a table for the den and bedroom as a result. I guess that's ok, just expensive.

Don't bother if use DirecTV modems/router

I'd bought this so I could use Netflix in the room farthest from the router. It has the 2 bands but it wasn't till I called DirecTV that I found out that their routers don't support the higher band, or even the dual band. I kept it anyways in case I get a router that does support them.

good case for wireless charging

I had to change to this case, after taking off the its hard outer case and only using the soft inner one, when I put the wireless charging phone back on as all other cases available were too stiff and would not fit. This is due to the wireless charging back makes a bulge in the back of the phone preventing other cases from fitting.

overheats, poor charging

Not sure if it's the software, the charger or the phone case but the phone will charge then discharge instead of using a trickle charge to keep it above 90%. I know it discharges as the pop-up about making sure the case if fully snapped on comes up.
The phone also gets quite hot during charging, I've seen over 120 degrees more than once.
I've gone through 2 phones, 2 cases and 2 chargers. I've had the Samsung rep in the store try to figure it out (he was very helpful and frustrated as well). I've taken it to Verizon.
Very annoying.

Box says it has a "sleep/wake magnet". No explanation of what it is or its purpose. Anyone know?
When you close the case, the table eventually turns off. I'm pretty sure that's what it's referring to.
