Hose hook up as advertised

Nothing special. Washer hook hoses as advertised. Although it doesn't explain why the manufacturer doesn't see the need to include them with the washing machine in the first place. I'd like to have an explanation as to exactly how I'm supposed to use an automatic washing machine if it's not connected to a water source. Seems like just another way to increase the price.

Not sure why Best Buy doesn't advertise and/or suggest this dryer more. We had to cancel the original order for a slightly less expensive version ($50) after locating additional reviews. More features and larger capacity for only $50 more? What's not to like?

Good - but lack of flexibility

Understand the reasoning behind the need to purchase a new dryer vent. Disappointed that the only version offered lacked the flexibility for installation the would allow the dryer to sit back closer to the wall.

Good for the environment

Glad Best Buy arranges to haul away and recycle the old appliance. Only drawback is that they prefer (want?) you to have the old ones disconnected and moved to an area where the delivery people can easily get at it. Not exactly the most convenient arrangement for an older customer.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

The product is exactly as advertised -- a power cord. Not sure why the manufacturer doesn't feel the need to include this with the appliance in the first place. How do they expect you to use an electric appliance if you can't plug it in to an electrical outlet???????? Recommending it only because you have to buy this if you want Best Buy to perform the hook up.
