Buy at Best Buy

Quality of recording is great.
Warranty on a new install sucks big time. Had problem with DVR.
Purchased on a Thursday and installed over the weekend. Had a problem with the sensors that pick up movement right from the start. The DVR would pick it up some times and not other. Spent hours on the phone over 3 days and still had problems.
Swan finally sent me a E-Mail wanting me to send back at my expense so they could repair or replace.
I don't think so.
Called best buy and they said that due to my purchase was on their credit card and I was a program member I had 12 or 14 days to return to the store. I told them this is not a TV and that I had run and mounted all the cameras. They let me return the DVR only and put the bad one in the box with all the other parts.
If you are going to buy do it at Best Buy if you are a program member
Time will tell how it works out.
