Plug was fine.

The plug was fine. The problem was the installers did not install the small piece of metal that prevents the the plugs wires connected to the machine from being pulled out or disconnected. This is a safety system. It should have been installed and not just throw in a box.

Low quality of hoses

The hoses did well for awhile and then they started to leak. I had to have them replaced with a better grade product. That is the problem with being told you have to use their product for them to install the machine. Inferior products never last and in this case I ended up cleaning up a wet mess and paying all over again.

I really like the refrigerator. It has plenty of room and I think it is pretty quiet. Unfortunately our water here has a chlorine taste and the refrigerator filter does not help at all. We also don’t use the ice because of the poor taste.
