Took their time to arrive

They were quick to install the washer. But when they called to let me know they were 10mins away, they ended up showing up 50mins late. Not sure what happen there. They also hauled away my old washer

Great washer for the price

I choose this washer because we already had the matching dryer to go with it. I have had it for about two months now and I haven't had any huge issues. For the most part it is a quiet washer that I sometimes forget I have it on. Only thing I would say negative about this is I did get an error message on the display. I tired turning it off but it wasn't responding. Gave it a few mins and it started working again. I have called Whirlpool so it's getting looked into. Just make sure to get the warranty to be safe with any new products.
