Never read the books but enjoyed the first and second movies. I thought this would be the conclusion! Not! The first of two parts. Why? Now I have to wait for a final resolution. But movie is still good. Worth watching for the special effects. Could not help realizing that Four will always be remembered as Mr. Pamuk. The actor who died in Lady Mary's bed.

I have seen Dazed and Confused so many different times over the years. My favorite about the South (next to Gone w/t Wind), if I might say that. "Dazed" was about entering high school, while this one was about starting college. Hence I thought, a sequel? Among other similarities was another stoner; anyone? I have watched this movie and have plans to watch it again.
