Think twice about Samsung!

I read many reviews about Samsung wireless fast charger and if it worked with my Note5 before I bought this product. All reviews looked positive so I bought it. The Samsung wireless fast charger worked great... for 2 weeks. Then it stopped working correctly. The problem.... when I placed the phone on the charger, it “paused charging” after about a minute. I then checked online for this specific problem and found hundreds of people with the same problem. I exchanged it hoping the charger was defective but the second charger did the same thing. I tried every “fix” online and nothing worked. I contacted Samsung and they said to send it to them and they would send me one that works. I asked why would a third one work when the first two didn’t and the answer “it just will”. I think it is horrible that Samsung can’t get it’s own products to work together. So read online about the Samsung fast wireless charger “pausing” and then keep your receipt in case you need to return it too.

Luckily, it is easy to apply and I was able to easily put this product on my phone by myself. This is an important point because they are on the expensive side.
