I just purchased the ACD and have given it 5 stars now because 1) it has done exactly what it says it will do and 2) I got good immediate help from tech support when I called. c) price was good and got good service from Best buy when it was discounted on-line but not in the store, they still gave me the discount.
I have never used one before so can't compare it to others.
