Not as good as i thought it would be

Because of illness I missed my 30 days to bring this back or else you would have it back now. I paid way more for this than my last one because the salesperson said it would be good, on top of that I increased my internet speed from 50 to 200 and I have worse problems now with downloads, connection, everything!!

Can this unit covert my tv into a smart tv?
No not anyway I can see that it would do that and Im really not sure how you thought it would do that. If you want Netflix or something like that on your tv you need an Apple TV box or something along that line to do that..its simply, a really nice DVD player. Smart TVS arent that expensive...if thats what you would like to have than you should get one of those..we just bought a really nice one of those from Best Buy too.

How do i get my TV to recognize my computer and vice versa
I have connected my TV Monitor to my PC Tower by using the DVI - HDMI adapter but the TV is not receiving a signal. What do i need to do?
Not 100% on this, but I would think, just like any other computer, all parts have to have the wifi password put into it...did you reconnect it thru the tv screen when you attached the tower? Most tvs have the ability to have your wifi password put in...try doing this, If that doesnt work, after its all hooked up do a reset on your modem and see if that helps.

I am trying to set up a blue ray player on my TV that doesn't have a HDMI option, but does have a DVI input.
My blue ray player only has HDMI option, I see you have a HDMI convert to DVI. Which would I need? The HDMI to DVI or the DVI to HDMI?
My older tv doesnt have an hdmi plug and my mini box for my TV only had an hdmi so in order to make the box work with that tv I plugged the DVI into my tv and it has the HDMI female end in it, so I only had to plug an HDMI cord into it and then into my mini box for my tv and it worked great. I would think thats all you need, but for whatever reason it doesnt work for you then they will refund your money.
