I use my phone for business. I get calls ,texts, emails and social network up dates by the dozens DAILY , This phone is faster than my iPhone 5s ,does way more without all the apple drama. The i-phone is delicate! You are warned about this by your sales rep before you buy. The otterbox comes in some nice colors so you have leeway in making the phone unique to you (somewhat) .It seems to be bulit very sturdy and fits the phone like a glove.

Why does it only charge for a few seconds on an iPhone 6 and Samsung 4?
I bought 2 of these chargers in the US at Best Buy and they happily said that it works with all devices. Well, it works with none of the mentioned ones..
I think yours may be bad I have a I phone 6 and a galaxy 5 and it charges both perfectly.

Has anyone had problems with the initial charge?
I have tried charging this device on two separate computers and with a universal plug in the wall. It has not charged at all and the red light stays steady but has yet to change to blue after an OVERNIGHT charge. Did anyone else have this problem?
