A likable cast does not a strong movie make

What Ben Affleck may lack in depth, he makes up for in being a reliable "every man." Justin Timberlake has also been consistently likable in the roles he has chosen and Runner Runner is no different. Unfortunately, the strength of their respective fan bases isn't enough to pull this latest installment (in their resumes) out of Average Land. Runner Runner has a few moments that are pretty cool, but I have seen better from both of these guys and I am sure I will again.

Excellent continuation of Kill Bill vol.1

As Tarantino concludes the story he began in Kill Bill vol. 1, it doesn't feel like we had to take a break between films. The wait was worth it and the action is easily as consistent as the first film. As additional characters are introduced and developed the fighting - hand to hand and with weapons increases AND IS AMAZING! This film and vol. 1 are my favorite of Tarantino's creations, for the depth of story and the excellent fight choreographies.

Kill Bill vol. 1 reboots old school

With Kill Bill vol. 1, Quintin Tarantino reminds us of the high flying majesty of martial arts movies. The stars in this movie don't overshadow the fight choreographies. It is an excellent balance between the 2 and it is cool to see some of our favorite (and sometimes under rated) stars kicking butt. The only thing wrong with vol. 1, is having to wait for vol. 2.

Great fix for lack of HDMI input

I upgraded my significant other's DVD player to Blu-ray recently and noticed when attempting to connect it to her TV, the TV did not have a HDMI input. It is a projection television and is at least 10yrs old, but at least it had a DVI input. I knew Best Buy carried HDMI to DVI cables, so I went in and purchased one. Their 6' cable was reasonably priced so I bought it. Best Buy always seems to have what I need and has helped me (once again) find a solution for a home electronics problem.

Ashburn (Sandra Bullock) and Mullins (Melissa McCarthy) are both accustomed to getting what they want. Neither concern themselves with who gets alienated, as long as they are doing their job. When these two ladies have to work together it is like "a bull in a china shop" meeting the OCD Avenger.

For a movie that was so anxiously anticipated, I was a little disappointed
when I finally saw it. It was, however, very well shot and edited, so l knew
I would own it when it was released on Bluray.
I really liked the movie, but some of the inconsistencies and plot holes
are surprising.

left off. There was not a great deal of room for anything else to be
done with the Bourne character, so details about coinciding programs
