This release combines the previous separately released two parts of the animated adaptation of The Dark Knight Returns, and includes a documentary that focuses on Frank Miller's work creating the original influential graphic novel.

This is not a movie for kids, which isn't a problem. If you're lookin for a dark, well written and acted animated Batman movie, you found it. This deluxe version has parts 1 & 2 combined into one full, intense, and action packed movie. Loaded with special features and a Frank Miller documentary you really can't go wrong with buying this. Highly recommended.

A pretty great origin story for Batman and Gordon. This blu-ray has a pretty good selection of special features, including a Cat Woman short. If you're a fan of Batman give this movie a try, it'll surprise you. And so will its cast! Highly recommended.

The first time I watched this movie I couldn't stop laughing. Its ridiculous, but thats part of its charm. The movie doesn't try too hard (it barely tries at all haha) but thats because it knows exactly what it is, a fun Batman movie. The blu-ray looks great, its definitely work picking up if you're lookin to have some fun. Recommended.
