GUYS WERE ON TIME AND COURTEOUS THEY JUST FAILED TO SECURE THE DRAIN LINE WHICH RESULTED IN A LAUNDRY ROOM FULL OF WATER. UNIT LEGS MAY HAVE TO BE ADJUSTED AS YOU RUN YOUR FIRST LOAD TO PREVENT ROCKING. NO MAJOR ORDEAL AS LONG AS IT IS THE FRONT LEGS TO ADJUST.

THE GUYS CALLED AHEAD AND WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE PLEASANT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. MY COMPLAINT IS THE HOOK UPS. ON THE DRYER THEY ONLY HAVE ROUND HOSES CLAMPS ETC. NEWER HOMES HAVE THE OVAL , MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE ADAPTER BEFORE THEY SHOW OR YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY AND REINSTALL LIKE I DID. THE WASHING MACHINE INSTALL WENT FINE FOR THE EXCEPTION THEY DID NOT SECURE THE DRAIN HOSE AND I ENDED UP WITH A LAUNDRY ROOM FULL OVER WATER. ONCE I SECURED IT HAS BEEN SOMEWHAT FLAWLESS. THEY WILL RUN A TEST CYCLE IN BOTH BUT THE WASHER MAY NEED TO BE ADJUSTED AFTER YOU WASH YOU FIRST REAL LOAD. HAVE THE ADJUSTMENT TOOL HANDY AND HOPE THE FRONT IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED.

THIS WOULD NOT WORK ON MY HOUSE. I HAVE AN OVAL INTAKE AND THIS WILL NOT WORK ON IT. I HAD TO GO BUY THE ADAPTER MYSELF WHICH MEANT I HAD TO PULL THE DRYER OUT AND SEAL IT ALL UP ON ME EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR INSTALLATION. THIS KIT NEEDS THE ADAPTER OR ATLEAST THE CREW NEEDS TO HAVE THEM ON THEIR TRUCK.

Boy does this dryer work. The settings pretty much eliminate the guess work and dries in less time that last one i had for 10 years. If I had to complain it would be that bulky items have to be pulled out and re positioned to dry fully and the lint collector fills fast making the blockage light go off. Would be nice for them to give the unit a tone so that it would tell you when it is filling up so you can clean it for full efficiency.

It is spacious and well lit. The ice maker does not crush ice as well as I would like however the whole cubes are a great size. The freezer is a little to get used to. Lots of room but not the best freezer to be able to see all that you have without pulling it all out.

We just received an LG DLEX3570V . When dryer was put on pedestal, the base is flush on the floor but the dryer rocks from corner to corner. It does not have an effect on the drying but the rocking back and forth is unsettling. Should this be reinstalled?
