They were not able to attach one of the new hoses. In trying to get the old one off the faucet, they caused the faucet to leak. Perhaps this was not their fault. I agreed to leave the old hose attached. We had to get a plumber to fix.

I do not like the censor water fill. I don't feel that option uses enough water to get the clothes clean. Even using the HE soap, the clothes seem to smell. However, I have the option of using high fill, which I use most of the time. It works well with that. It also has an agitator which I like.
