If I decide to buy the 2-year contract expansion option, will it take me out of my current plan?

My current plan isn't available at Sprint anymore and I'm worried if I select this option it will take me out of that plan. I think that it won't since it's just expanding my contract but I just want to make sure.
Its still available through sprint just not 3rd party like bestbuy etc. So no you wont loose your current plan.

is this galaxy s5 thru sprint unlocked ? could i take it to a gsm carrier in 2 years without a problem ? or will it only work on cdma ??
