Proper set up configuration for the optical and usb connections?
When connecting a PS4 and and XboxOne, how do I route the USB and Optical connections, so that it will work with both systems without having to unplugging this and move it here. I understand how to connect one system or the other, but how do I do it at one time?
The only way to achieve this is to purchase a optical switch which will allow you to choose which system you want to use eliminating the need to plug and unplug cables. You still might run into certain issues regarding the usb as I'm not sure if it only is used to power the transmitter. I couldn't get my headset to work until I powered the transmitter through my ps4. I tried to power the transmitter through another usb because I dont like the cables hanging out of the front of the ps4. You may need a usb switch as well.
