Washer Did not get clothes clean even small load of clothes body odor remained and a few garments had dry spots at end of wash. I Used recommended detergent and proper settings and didn't over load. Not for me, I suggest recall and redesign!! Big inconvenience, wasted energy and detergent.

Waste of detergents, electricity, excitement of anticipated performance, money spent, time spent selecting/shopping for washer.
Clothes go in washer dirty and come out dirty. All items in load never get submerged in water. Something is wrong here, please
Recall and scrap these washers, this is the second one I have tried this past month "Low water use" AND GET CLOTHES CLEAN using this model is a farce/non existent.

Product looks like it accommodates ordinary size wash but does not get anything clean or even wet except for when it spins. Water level comes in too low even for lingere. Selling features of steam very deceptive!
