Excellent wall mount TV service

Due to viewing problems related to the viewing angles afforded by the original TV mount and how it affected 3D and 4K viewing, we decided to have Geek Squad wall mount our TV. The TV is a LG 75 inch UH8500 series. Although the crew arrived a little late, they were very efficient and installed everything quickly. They even discovered that the mount/TV stand had been improperly installed when the TV was first delivered, corrected the problem, and offered to cancel the work order if I would be happy with the corrected TV stand viewing angle. I decided to move forward with the installation. The Geek Squad was courteous and knowledgeable and cleaned up the job site before leaving. I am very happy with both the mount and Geek Squad service.

Due to viewing problems related to the viewing angles afforded by the original TV mount and how it affected 3D and 4K viewing, This service is the basic connection of video components to the TV and verifying that they work properly. I had set these up before they arrived and the simply moved the cables after mounting the TV. If you want sound set up, that is a separate charge, and not necessary for most installations. The Geek Squad was efficient and courteous. To be honest, it was much better than what I expected. I would give the Geek Squad crew 5 stars, but the service product itself is not anything special, but, as I said, it must be purchased if you want to add on the wall mount service.

Great mount for a large TV

The TV is a LG 75 inch UH8500 series. The mount is full motion and we are able to manipulate the TV for the best image regardless of where we are in the room, which is important when watching 3D content. Although the mount was the most expensive one available, I do not regret it. It has performed well so far.

Good movie, steelbook case very nice

I won't go into all the debate over the movie and characters...that's just silly. IT'S A MOVIE. I am a little disappointed that they announced the 3d version right after I bought this. Anyways, good Star Wars movie. The bad guys in this one were probably a little over the top as far as being zealous and murderous, not really good material for younger children like the earlier Star Wars movies. Overall, however, it was a feel good movie that had you cheering for the good guys (and gals). I liked the case, it was unique and the reason that I purchased the steel book instead of the regular version. May the force be with you :).

Protection for your devices

I always keep all of my electronics on a surge protector / battery backup system to ensure that voltage spikes do not cause damage. This item placed one that I purchased about five years ago. It is much lighter than the previous version (which was the same model) and these devices have always performed well. You can depend on these devices to have enough time to properly shut down devices to prevent damage in the event of a power outage.
