Not a big fan of EDM, but still love vinyl

The media is heavy and well-pressed. The vinyl is silent, and the inner and outer sleeves are made with heavy material. That's about all I can reasonably judge. I bought the record on a whim (and because I had a store credit). As for the music, it was enjoyable, but since I'm not a big EDM fan, I can't comment beyond "Listened and liked it". I thought I was buying Random Access Memory, which is their more popular album (the covers look similar). I may pick that one up later.

As good as it gets for the price

I got this for the holiday discounted price of $399, about $250 lower than list. This table is much quieter than my Audio-Technica AT-LP120. Inner Groove Distortion is basically non-existent, so factory setup was done properly, and the table is remarkably well-isolated from platform vibrations. Speed box, DC motor, acrylic platter, and 78rpm capability make this a very worthwhile upgrade over the Debut Carbon, which is already a good buy in itself.

I bought all 7 seasons at once for the affordably low price of 9.99 each. These DVDs have been around for a while, and the menu style is pretty out-dated, but the content is still great. Each season has 2 or 3 episodes with commentary as extras. There is also bonus material other than episodes spread throughout the set. Any MTM fan would be happy to have this collection.

Great movie, OK extras

I saw Ron Howard's film in the theater when it came out, and I especially enjoyed seeing the Shea Stadium concert on that huge screen in glorious HD. I was extremely disappointed they couldn't see to it that the Shea concert wasn't added to this package. However, the extra disk that is included is pretty decent. The feature film is compelling, though some of the archival footage is not in great shape. If you're a Beatles completist, you'll definitely enjoy this one.

A good lens pen is far and away superior to either a micro fiber cloth, or lens cleaning tissue. With such a small surface, it is also unlikely to get contaminated like cloths do. There is no need to apply a liquid to the glass in most instances, and the size fits in the pocket and is easily retrieved..

Perfect travel tripod, with one caviat

I bought this a year ago because it collapsed to a small enough length to put into carry-on luggage. It's the most stable small tripod I've seen at a reasonable price. So I bought another one for a friend's daughter. They changed the quick release to a small knob which inserts into the tripod head, so you can't set your camera down on a flat surface anymore if the release knob is attached. The old release PLATE was much better. Nevertheless, it's a great product for the money, and puts to shame all the flimsy soda straw-legged tripods that try to compete with it.

Will this tripod hold a Nikon 3100, with a 200 mm lens steady?
It's much better suited to bridge cameras, but if you don't extend it all the way up, and it you use a stone back or other stabilizer, it should be fine.
