It''s a hit or miss when it comes to receiving Best Buy installation. My washer and dryer showed up damaged, but my fridge and dishwasher came out fine. Installs have all been fine. It's just hard to get a product not nicked or damaged.

Originally, I had purchased a Samsung Soundbar with built in sub. Couldn't get the words from the tv to sync correctly. I wanted a Samsung bar with my Samsung tv, but it didn't work out. Thank God because this is awesome. Klipsch sound is awesome and the sub sound is amazing as well. Just right for that movie theatre experience.

Works great ,except it wants to switch from Movie back to TV because of the built in AnyNet feature by Samsung. I've always hated that feature, so I turned it off. Now, no more glitches or automatically switching from HDMI2 to HDMI1

I've tried the Direct TV app, Service with Comcast, Hulu. and others. Sling is the best and the streaming is great. Just make sure if your TV is 4K that your Roku is 4K. otherwise the picture is bad and you will think it is Sling delivering the quality. Upgrade to the Roku Ultra and you are all set!

Why do I have to contact Comcast to facilitate installation. Can’t i just unplug their modem and use mine?
You have to contact them to provide them the information on the bottom of your router/modem so they can send service to that box. I know its a hassle, but its a one and done deal. Its nice to know Comcast will help connect your service to a foreign box. Technically, they could make their equipment special. Thank God for Motorola!
