Delivery Rescheduling
I have applianced scheduled for delivvery on Dec 14th, how can I reschedule to the 9th or 10th? Order # 1110305826720. I've been trying to reach a live person at the store for over an hour but keep being put on hold.
I know this date has passed but for anyone else with rescheduling issues or should you have this problem again in the future, you can try to access them on the internet while waiting on the phone that way it doubles your chance of getting through. Also, depending on how far you live from a Best Buy it may be easiest to go down there to reschedule the date instead. Hope this helps.
