i bought this to use on my stairs and spot cleaning throughout the house as needed. i did not expect this machine to work as well as it did, i am so glad that i made this purchase. my stairs are finally clean, and i don't have to worry about puppy accidents or hairballs anymore :)
What's great about it: works perfectly, sits well on stair
What's not so great: could use a longer power cord, but not a big deal.
