This is my third pair. I always get the Geek Squad Warranty, because something always appears to go wrong with them. I definitely like them a lot better than the beat I previously owned. These are much lighter, don't make my ears/head sweat and they are not as clunky. For the price, I might consider the Sony ones my friend had bought years ago. Seemed just as good, but at a much lower price.

I am not a 100% sure it is the mouse, but I am having similar problems with another mouse on a different computer. Sometimes it just will not connect and other times if you flatten it and then reopen it out it will start working again.
