Good TV But having multiple issues

I bought the tv on the best deal. I was very happy until I opened the tv and started using it.
1. I was not able install the tv properly because the screws given doesn't it into the grooves.
2. To one of the corner of the screen, there is certain break or something from inside, resembles to a shadow.

I contacted best buy for helping me in installation of the TV, they said it would cost $100 just for them to come to fix the issue. I have contacted Samsung too and they informed it would take a month for them to come.
