So far I love my Garmin.... I have only used the heart monitor one time, but I wear the wrist band each day. It accurately tracks my steps, my distance and my calories. I have not used it, but it is also possible to control my music at the same time. I love that it also tells me to MOVE if I have been static too long.

Major Need for Back Up

We have had the bad misfortune of two external hard drives crashing with far too many images lost. We have purchased another external hard drive, but are also using these to back up our pro and family images. Stored correctly they will be viable for a long time to come. Eventually we will need a second permanent home for these images.
