Almost impossible not to laugh at this one

The first time I watched this was after so many people had told me how funny it was. I thought it looked stupid so when I finally did see it, I tried my hardest not to laugh. I think I lasted about two minutes. Some of the comedy is genius while some is really adolescent but still very funny. The visual humor can take a lot of the credit as well. If you love smart comedy that's presented in a brilliantly stupid way, this picture is for you. If you just take life a little too seriously, you may wanna pass on this one and choose one about Napoleon the French emperor.

My girlfriend couldn't believe I'd not seen this picture and when I saw how low the price was I picked it up.
I really enjoyed this story. Zach Braff sheds his Scrubs persona and does a solid job with his first film as a writer and director. While the drama is touching but not over the top, the comedy keeps the plot very well balanced.

Emma stone proves early on that she can carry a whole film with her acting abilities. She seems to be able to handle both comedy and drama with ease. The whole cast makes this picture work with a fun plot and great dialogue.
