A few years ago, I bought 3 Google Chromecast devices for myself and I absolutely love them. It's what I use to watch 95% of all television I watch. The device has been upgraded over the years and I bought this new one for my parents. It works perfectly and they love it. I took my laptop to Best Buy to fix an issue and Webroot came with the package I bought to fix and protect my laptop. I didn't think it was necessary, but took it anyway and I've really liked having it since then. It gives me peace of mind to see the reports on the health of my computer. I also like that it pre-checks websites for potential threats before you click on them from a Google search. Other products do the same thing, but I've been told by multiple sources that this product is more user-friendly than other similar products.

Very Good All-in-One

This is a very good all-in-one machine, but I will stop short of calling it excellent. I am extremely handy and usually get electronics fully functional and up-and-running in no time, but I bought this along with a new Google Chromebook for my parents. This machine did not like connecting wirelessly to their Chromebook. There were directions for connecting to almost any other type of laptop or desktop, but I think the problem was that the Chromebook is still fairly new technology and this all-in-one is a slightly older model. We had to call customer support to finally get it connected. It connected wirelessly to my mom's Galaxy S6 much more easily, though. The fax machine settings have reset themselves numerous times so that it automatically turns itself on after a certain number of rings even though I have set it to not do so three different times. The machine also stopped recognizing standard 8.5x11 paper after a couple of weeks and we had to call customer service again. After getting these problems fixed, it has worked just fine ever since then. Overall, it is a good product. It was just a hassle getting setup and getting the settings to stick. Works well now, though.
