This speaker has great sound - love to crank it in the office after the day is done. Little bassy but overall exceptional sound. I have the BOSE Series II larger size too and think the sound is comparable with this one. Sounds best for when it's a few feet away instead of on desk next to me. Very satisfied.

Knew that it had app channels. Some free. Some associated with your cable or satellite account so that is the downside - but not sure if that is Apple or squabbling media vendors. Comedians Driving in Cars Having Coffee is on one from Jerry Seinfeld. Extremely funny. Plays iTunes music from your computer. Also streams pics and video. Which is awesome. This year decorated the Christmas tree while pics from Christmas past slide-showed on the big screen. Pics that we don't see because we are living in a digital world. That feature alone makes it worth it.

State law requires hands free phone use while diving so I wanted to try something as an inexpensive fix. I was surprised it actually mounts to the dash air vents fairly easily and holds the phone. A couple times during course of driving - particularly long stretches of bumpy roads which are common now that winter has created a pothole Spring - the grip fails and phone drops. Since I didn't really expect it to work at all I'll take this low fail rate. $20, not bad.

What's great about it: Inexpensive hands free option for phone.
What's not so great: Occasionally looses grip and phone falls.
