The adapter worked as intended. It was good for the price, however, newer monitors and tvs are moving away from VGA and newer graphics cards don't even have VGA ports, so it's good to have the adapters for legacy purposes but they may dwindle in years to come.

The tv was easy to set up and get in place. For those not familiar with streaming boxes/sticks, it takes a little getting used to the home screen when you turn the tv on. It was a gift for an older relative, they have not had any issues navigating or using the tv or its features. Great buy for the price.
