Takes forever to dry

We purchased this to replace our 15 year old dryer. Unfortunately we are finding that the dryer takes forever to dry and on the "normal" settings (even on highest dry settings) requires multiple cycles to fully dry.

Poor mechanism to adjust arms

Purchased this for my wife as a Christmas present, so she could easily view her phone's screen for navigating while driving.
It was easy enough to place on the vent. The problem comes when trying to open the arms to fit the phone in.
The button mechanism to extend the arms to fit the phone is nearly useless...you can press it tens of times, but it hardly ever moves the arms. Not sure if this unit is defective but it's really a terrible design. Would not recommend this.
