This thing dries clothes like nobodies business. If you have the option of using gas then I definitely recommend this unit. Just turn off the eco mode and clothes are dry in 30 minutes no joke. Can't do that with an electric dryer. This thing looks great too and has a nicely finished and well lit drum. The lint catcher is also very well designed and lint removes very nicely. Haven't tested out the steam function yet but I bet it's just as great as all of the other features of this unit.

It's so big!
We can literally wash the King size sheets and pillow cases and still have room for a weeks worth of dirty clothes. And this thing cleans them all very well. It isn't the quietest washing machine, but it is not by any means annoyingly loud like older machines either. It has plenty of options for different water temps and spin cycles as well as being able to handle everything from delicates to heavily soiled items. The tinted window on top is a nice feature and makes the unit look just a little nicer than the all white units. Overall this is a great washing machine.

It's easy to keep groceries organized and fresh in this spacious, intelligently designed LG refrigerator. With convenient features like a water and ice dispenser and door-in-door bin access, there's no need to constantly open the door just to grab a few frequently used items. This ensures other foods remain cool and keeps the refrigerator energy-efficient.

Door in door is actually useful!

I was originally quite skeptical of the usefulness of the door in door function but after a few weeks of using this fridge it is quite handy indeed. Especially during the summer here in Texas where opening the entire refrigerator just to grab a beverage causes the unit to lose a lot of cold air and allows moisture to enter the interior. Using the door in door limits this waste and allows the unit to keep fruits and vegetables at their desired humidity levels. Which by the way this refrigerator does very well. Fruits and veg keep much longer in this unit than any other previous unit I have used.
Best part of this model is the vacuous bottom freezer and dual ice makers: a bin in the freezer and an ice maker for the thru the door dispenser. This is quite handy for those times you need lots of ice. The cubes in the bottom bin are much larger and therefor more ideal for mixed drinks whereas the door ice is more suited to making iced tea or adding ice to a soda.
I've only owned this refrigerator a few weeks now but I am loving it thus far.
PROS: Dual Ice maker, nice in door ice/water dispenser, lots of room, glass shelves, brightly lit with LED lighting, lots of room in both the freezer and the refrigerator, drawer systems operate smoothly, Door in door function quite useful
CONS: The left door which houses the in door ice maker is heavier than the other door and takes a little getting used to.

What a device!

We purchased the i7, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage model. Very nicely designed and well manufactured. The finish of the unit is impressive. Feels great in the hands when used as a tablet. This has a larger screen than the surface pro 4, yet the tablet portion is lighter than a surface pro 4. This thing also does not have the voltage delivery issues that the surface pro 4 with the i7 does since this has a different i7 chip (no Iris graphics). When the tablet is docked in the keyboard and the unit has access to the video card it is surprisingly capable of playing games. There is no other device in the same league as the Surface Book as far as usability/power/flexibility all in one package. The storage in these is also a Samsung PCI-e NVMe ssd, which if you know what that is, is the fastest available storage. By Comparison Ipads use traditional flash memory, similar to what you will find in a USB flash drive or an SD card. The screen is gorgeous, the pen works amazingly. Creating casual art with watercolors in Freshpaint with this thing is just a joy.
Apple has traditionally had the best finish on their products but this thing gives ipads and macbooks a serious run for their money. The keyboard unit is solid aluminum with the only vents being at the hinge point where the tablet attaches. This is great since the unit can be used as a laptop literally on your lap without fear of suffocating and overheating the unit lake so many netbook/notebook/convertible units. The only thing missing on this device is usb-C / thunderbolt. That was not a deal breaker for us though since this will mostly be getting used as a tablet and there is never any reason for those connections on a tablet. Any kind of connectivity that would be needed is done through wifi/Bluetooth/wi-Di. There is a mini displayport and a couple usb 3.0 connections on the keyboard unit for connecting to a display and other peripherals if needed.
One thing worth noting is that the Surface line of products' Wi-Fi pretty much require 5ghz band for wireless. So if you don't have a router that uses the 5ghz band expect to purchase one unless you enjoy awful connections that drop constantly.
My favorite thing about the Surface Book is that you can use it as a tablet, run the battery down to almost dead, and then plug it into the keyboard which has it's own battery essentially doubling your uptime.

The cost of entry is steep but the Surface Book feels like it will last several years and has plenty of tech built in to serve its purpose during that time. The DVD of Goodfellas has got to be one of the very first DVDs ever released by Warner Brothers because they make a critical error in the release. While many films offer widescreen on one side and full screen on the other, this film offers only one version -- a widescreen film broken into two sides. Viewers have to flip the DVD over to watch the second half of the film; 19 chapters are on side A and the last 15 chapters are on side B. Goodfellas is a classic film, and the DVD offers a great video transfer and excellent Dolby Digital 5:1 Surround, but no DVD fan will accept the two-sided format. In terms of extras, there are very few, limited only to theatrical trailers, production notes, and cast bios. For many, this Martin Scorsese classic is a must-have for any collection, but those who can wait for a future, corrected release of this film are better off watching the widescreen VHS tape. Language option in English and French and subtitles in English, French, and Spanish.

This DVD is kinda ridiculous. It's in letterbox, but in a 4:3 format... So there are black bars on top, bottom, and both sides. Had to use the zoom function of the dvd player to make it close to fitting a standard 16:9 screen. So if you plan on watching letterbox on a 4:3 screen then this would be perfect for you.
