I am having some of the same problems I initially encountered with the iPad 2. When trying to view an avon catalog I can only see a portion of the page. I was told it was easy to sync from iPad 2 to iPad mini & I was not able to make it happen but I'm still satisfied with the quality of the product.

Why is it charging but it's making flashing noise like its re-beginning to charge so it's constantly flashing. Is this normal and it's decharging my phone?
