Probably works if you don't live on a ground floor

I hesitate to give this product only a 2, but it did not do what I needed. However, I live on the ground floor apartment and the ground floor apartment actually is lower than street level. Add to that the concrete patio that extends the length of the apartment building. So. I believe this product would be perfect if used 'above ground'.

I am sure that if you live on the third floor or higher in an apartment complex this may work. But in my case it was not able to pull in the stations that I needed. I feel that I should not down grade the product, it should just state that you need to be on a higher level than the entry level of a home or ground level of an apartment complex.
