This item doesn't even deserve 1 star.
The quick release mount "ballhead" is a joke. It wiggles around too much. The ballhead only pivots up or down in one spot which makes it difficult to level or frame a shot. You cannot mount the camera on the tripod without the the ballhead.
The main leg connectors do not have enough tension on them to stay in place. Unlike other users have reported, I had no trouble tightly bending the legs back and forth.
What's great about it: legs hold onto smooth surfaces better than competitor products
What's not so great: it breaks after 1-2 uses
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
