I have only had the item for about a month. I am still getting used to some of the settings, so that may be the reason some items are still damp when the dryer finishes or the reason maybe the eco dry as it does not seem to fully dry the items in there at the time.

I have been happy with the washing quality thus far. I have not had any issues and the great thing is you dont have to use as much detergent as top loaders normally end up taking. That could be because this is an eco friendly machine. My old washer was not.

I am in love with this tv. My family loves it as well. I read there were some issues with the settings before I purchased it but I have not experienced any issues. I am just waiting for football and basketball season to start to fully enjoy the tv. I have watched a few movies on here so far and the picture quality is great. Why are the clothes so "hot" when we take them out?
The washer we purchased does not have the steam or sanitize settings. Yet when I open the door to take the clothes out they are very warm and steam does come out of the washer. It did this on both the cold and eco warm temperature settings. Is this normal? If so, what is it doing?
Check the temp on the dryer. It maybe defaulting to VERY HOT when drying depending on the cycle option. I change the option to warm instead.
