Nice at first but major issues

This band is fairly inexpensive but comes with some flaws. The finish wears off very quickly with normal use. Secondly, but most critical, the band came disconnected from the watch by moving my arm. Unfortunately, my watch fell to the ground and I now have a scratch on the case. Poor design if this can occur. I want the manufacturer to cover my watch damage.

I needed a way to keep my phone secure and still be able to view the screen for navigation purposes. I looked around and didn't like any of the solutions that use a clamp to keep the phone in place. The suction cup is very secure on the windshield and the flexible arm allows for precise placement. This system is easy to use and doesn't take away from the functionality of the phone or it's case.
