By buying this phone do I have to activate it and get a contract with best buy or why does it say that? I never shopped here online before. I have boost, and I wanted to go activate it over there, can I or no?

I have a Thermaltake Core V21 case with an MSI Military Class 4 Motherboard (B85M-P33 V2) I need a compatible power supply with the proper plugs for the motherboard.
As long as your not gaming it will work fine
