Not easy to program the alarm. The buttons are also are hard to depress and the stamping on the buttons come off easily. First it smears before rubbing off. Only good thing is the large display.

Good quality cable. It works for charging and connecting to my PC so I can access the files on my phone. I have another cable that allows for charging but when connecting to the PC, that other cable won't allow access to the folders on my phone. The phone showed in Windows Explorer but couldn't open the folders. As soon as I switched back to this cable, it showed the folders.

Saves a lot of water and very gentle on clothes compared to the old style top loader with agitator that I had before. Different setting for bedding so it washes those large sheets/blankets more thoroughly and with an extra rinse cycle. Got a $150 utility rebate as well.

Best Buy would charge for disposing old washers after it delivers the new ones?
According to the website, Best Buy would dispose old washers if buyers opt to do so. Does Best Buy charge for that? Best Buy's competitor is charging $15 for it. Given that prices are the same for Best Buy's and Sear's, I wonder which one makes sense.
No charge, they took mine away, no problem. You just have to disconnect the hoses and wire yourself before they haul away.
