Every season of this show is excellent, but this one grows & expands, with all the episodes interlocking, formering essentially a 5 hour movie. Only "Cat 0rgy","Two Men Naked In A Hot Tub" & "Jewbilee" of season 3 effect each other, until now. A new era is upon us...

Not as heavy as the first 2 albums, but it's fairly solid compared to the rest. Nothing that will change the world, but who cares, it finds its own cosm.

Snoop's last 3 albums, although great in their own rights, were polarized versions of Snoop himself. Reincarnation (Reggae), BUSH (funk/soul), & cuzznz (duo hip hop) collide, making the first real "Snoop" sounding album since Doggumentary. He's reenergized & reinvigorated, living up his legend status.

Regardless of what the cover is supposed to mean, the album underneath is a modern classic. Dirty Head's self-titled opus harkens back to Sublime's self-titled masterpiece. The major difference is Sublime comes from rock into hip hop, reggae & ska, whereas Dirty Heads comes from hip hop into rock, reggae & ska. Two sides of a stoner coin.

Steven Tyler's country album idea offput many Aerosmith fans, but rest assured, it's not something completely different. This sounds like a compilation of Aerosmith's twangiest tunes, although most are original. 2 covers, Piece Of My Heart by Janis Joplin & a slowed down, bluesier version of Janie's Got A Gun, close out an album that really shouldn't alienate the real Aerosmith fans nor the country music community.
It Takes a Nation of Millions was the sign that hip-hop had exploded like a grenade. A rap record as abrasive, hardcore, and eloquent as a JFK speech, the 1988 disc is one classic track after another tense, multilayered, harmonically wild music. Chuck D. declaims like a master preacher with foil Flavor Flav's voice darting around his. They've got the desperate energy of people fighting for their lives, and everything from their pumped-up rhetoric (InchProphets of RageInch) to the group's quasi-paramilitary organization to the sirens and sax squeals in nearly every track declares how urgent their mission is. It's a hugely influential album, and it still sounds fresh and frightening after all these years. Album Tracks 1. Countdown to Armageddon 2. Bring the Noise 3. Don't Believe the Hype 4. Cold Lampin' with Flavor 5. Terminator X to the Edge of Panic 6. Mind Terrorist 7. Louder Than a Bomb 8. Caught, Can We Get a Witness? 9. Show Em Whatcha Got 10. She Watch Channel Zero?! 11. Night of the Living Baseheads 12. Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos 13. Security of the First World 14. Rebel Without a Pause 15. Prophets of Rage 16. Party for Your Right to Fight

Chuck D & company present one of the most influential hip hop albums ever made. Don't believe the hype, but believe me, this album is a classic. Also Prophets Of Rage (Chuck D's supergroup) is named after a song on here.

Although nonpoint will never rise out of the underground, this entry shows just why they have stayed around this long. One of their better ones so far.
